Our sheds are an excellent value...! Check out these standard features:

 
  • Floor: All pressure treated lumber. 4x4 posts and 2x6 cross members at 24 inches.
  • 3/4 tongue and groove flooring fastened with galvanized ring shank nails.
  • Ground does not have to be level ,but does have to be compacted soil.  Slope can be as much as 12 inches off level.
  • Walls: 2x4 construction grade ( #2 or better ) Douglas Fir studs with a double stud every 24 inches. This does two things: It transfers the roof load directly over a double stud and it provides a better nailing surface at the exterior panel edges. 
  • Exterior Hardipanel siding. This siding  will not decay or rot as it is a concrete impregnated panel, termites will not eat it and is fire retardant.
  • Interior walls are finished with ½ inch OSB paneling to provide structure and a continuous nailing or mounting surface.
  • Trim is primed 1x4 with “ Z “ bar on the lower siding edges.
  • Horizontal siding seams will be flashed with “Z “ bar.
  • Roof: 2x4 or 2x6 trusses at 24 inches covered by 1/2 inch sheathing, drip edge, rubber infused fiberglass underlayment and topped off with 30 year shingles and two vents.
  • Paint: Caulked and painted.  Color to be chosen from the True Value Weatherall line.  Satin base with semi-gloss trim. True Value locations in Oakhurst, Mariposa, Bootjack, YLP, and  Auberry.
  • Door: Full size, 3 foot steel clad all weather out-swing door with standard locking doorknob.
  • Delivery:  Free delivery included within service area.
